Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy is transparent, please go through the details for awareness:

1. We ship across every country with worldwide delivery on all the products listed on our website.

2. Delivery timeline and shipping charges will differ from a location to another as well as the order quantity.

3. We have overnight delivery to meet any urgent need for emergency orders. It takes 2 to 3 business doors for the delivery to your address.

4. Once the payment is confirmed by our team for the orders you place, we do our best to ensure the package is delivered in the said duration. We will share the order details to your registered email address.

5. Once the package is shipping, we will also send an email with the order tracking ID for making it easy for you to track the shipment. If you do not see the email in your inbox, do check the others or spam folder.

6. While we have options for different shipping speeds, we are also open to understanding if you have special requests for shipping methods and schedules – taking efforts to meet them if it suits our logistics.

7. The order invoice contains a sequenced breakdown of all the charges included, right from the product cost, shipping cost (includes charges for handling, packaging, and delivery), etc. for complete clarity.

8. Please provide us with the accurate billing and shipping address when placing orders to get your package. Your details will be private and never shared with any unauthorized sources to maintain your security and confidentiality.

Note:

1. Our team works together to make timely deliveries happen. However, if the order delivery is delayed because of unforeseen events such as local strikes, severe weather, holidays, disasters, festivals, etc. we must not be held accountable.

2. The above condition is also applicable for failure or delay in order delivery caused from an inaccurate address you shared with us.

3. If the package is not delivered due to unavailability of anyone to receive them at the address, the order will be sent over to our warehouse. In case you want the order to be shipped again, you will have to bear the re-shipping charges.
