Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy is streamlined to ensure clarity and simple understanding of the terms:

1. Express Shipping orders can be refunded if the order is cancelled in the initial 2 hours from purchase.

2. Overnight Shipping orders once cancelled cannot be refunded because these are shipped within 30 minutes upon payment confirmation.

3. Delivered orders cannot be refunded or returned as it is impossible to understand medication authenticity once the products are with you.

4. If the order is undelivered because you provided a wrong address, refund and return request are not eligible and accepted. We request you to re-verify the shipping address before placing the order.
